According to UT, "Leadership" here is officially defined as "The will to excel with integrity and the spirit that nothing is impossible.[1] A leader is not always the person who is out in front of the crowd or giving demands. A person can be a silent leader who is an example to others. They lead by their actions, what they say, and how they carry themselves. I try to be the person who leads by example. It is important to do the things you preach to other people and hold yourself accountable. Growing up, I had great examples of leaders who made a difference in so many people’s lives.
